Promoregals.com ships nationwide (mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). For shipments to other European countries or the Canary Islands , please consult our team's specific terms and conditions at promoregals.com .
2. Delivery Times

Non-personalized products : The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation.

Custom or custom-made products : Delivery time may vary between 7, 15, or 30 business days , depending on the order size and the complexity of the customization. This timeframe will be confirmed by our team after validation of the final design.
Important : Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by circumstances beyond Promoregals.com control (transport strikes, weather conditions, holiday periods, etc.).
3. Shipping Costs

Orders over €200 (excluding VAT) : Free shipping within the Peninsula.

Orders under €200 : A flat rate of €8 + VAT will apply for standard shipping.

Shipping to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or the Canary Islands may have an additional cost, which will be indicated before completing the purchase.
4. Transportation and Delivery
All orders are shipped through trusted shipping agencies. Customers will receive an email with the tracking number once their order has shipped.
